Ti is a Trauma Informed and peer support trained yoga, fitness and wellness educator with a colorful past, a dark sense of humor and a fierce passion for bringing resilience practices to veterans, emergency responders, frontline workers and corporate warriors like you. She teaches practical anatomy, stress management, mindfulness for chronic pain, healthy aging and retirement strategies, suicide awareness and prevention and most importantly, breath as free medicine.
Ti teaches from a place of compassion, authenticity and vulnerability. She uses a unique and realistic approach to wellness, with simple tools like sports balls, breathing techniques and simple movement to help identify and work with areas of stress and tension in the body and mind. She teachers imperfect yoga, "De-Stress @ Your Desk!"™ and "Tactical Stress Resilience®" classes to a wide range of humans, all ages, sizes, backgrounds and professions.
